Krissy, Loki, & Ling-Ling's Mom...
"When I decided to get a dog, I knew I'd have to find a doggie daycare or a dog walker for the health of my dog and to avoid
accidents in the house.
I used to take Krissy to a doggie daycare and that was a really great experience. However, when I switched jobs, it was too far out
of the way and I decided to try a dog walker a couple days a week and daycare the others. Fynn is my second dog walker and I
couldn't be happier. (I had no complaints about my other dog walker - but due to changes in her availability she couldn't continue
with Krissy and recommended that we try working with Fynn. Lucky for us!) Krissy doesn't go to daycare at all anymore, I've found
it's more convenient, less expensive, and a really great experience for Krissy. After all, now that she's not a puppy anymore, she
sleeps and chews on bones most of the day. Why go to daycare for that? Besides, she's a dog that is more oriented toward
people.
I told someone at work that I have the best dog walker and they asked me how I knew. An excellent question if you think about it!
There are several reasons I think Fynn is the best dog walker:
1) His extensive professional background in caring for animals. I get the benefit of his knowledge about pet health, well being,
and training. His experience was my first indication of his love of working with animals.
2) His personal approach to the job as well as his conscientiousness and reliability. When he notices something unusual (good or
bad) Fynn leaves us a note about what's going on. Krissy even received a Christmas gift of treats and a toy that she just loves -
not a generic dog toy, it was one I could tell was selected according to Krissy's preferences. I was touched.
3) My dog practically loses her mind with joy when she sees Fynn. She LOVES him. I happened come home one time during a
day when Fynn was scheduled to be there and was able to see first hand what happens when he shows up. I have to admit, I was
almost a little jealous!
4) I was shocked (pleasantly) to see that my very aloof Siamese cats come running when Fynn comes over. My snooty cats LOVE
him – they normally snub everyone. The cat petting is a nice extra and is further evidence of Fynn's love of animals and
conscientious approach to his work."

After having a horrible experience with another local pet sitter, I was
overjoyed to find Salty Dog Pet Services website. Fynn goes above and
beyond for my 3 labs, 2 birds and 1 cat. I am 150% satisified!
My dogs have never been happier and I doubt they miss me when I have to
travel for work.
Additionally, my special needs dog has done so much better since Fynn
started coming over 2x's a week. She is more social and better behaved.
